• Skalmad the Troll King – Former king of Troll Haunt warrens. Killed three times by the party including as the resurrected troll emperor of old within the Feywild.

• Elder Arantham – Orcus’s second lieutenant and leader of the Ashen Covenant – the Orcus equivalent of the Nazi SS.
• Nightbringer – The powerful intelligent sword once owned by Zirithian and cast into the Soulstream by Fausto.

Notable NPCs – non-villians

• Azonia Shandryx – A silver dragon who prefers her human form, Azonia was recruited by the Shieldbashers after a duel. She now acts as the operator of the Three Wishes entertainment parlor, where the Shieldbashers have established their headquarters in Sigil, the City of Doors.

• Gendar: Proprietor of Gendar’s Curios and Relics in the Seven Pillared Hall. Gendar now acts as the Shieldbasher’s business manager in Sigil while he builds out his web of spies throughout the City of Doors.

• Kylie: Kylie is a messenger, courier, guide, and facilitator in Sigil, the City of Doors. She has been hired by the Shieldbashers to act as their street agent in the city of Sigil.

• Randell Halfmoon – owner of Halfmoon inn in the seven pillared hall.

• Vyrellis – Demi-lich and former elven wife of Karavakos. The party released her within the Pyramid of Shadows. She now wanders the astral sea in incorporeal form.
